Advancing Innovation in Dermatology, Inc. (“AID”) looks forward to welcoming attendees back in person for the 2023 Dermatology Innovation Forum scheduled for March 16, 2023. Health and safety remain a top priority, and AID is working with the venue to plan for on-site precautions and mitigations for the event, including related to COVID-19.  Attendees should follow the CDC’s Isolation and Precautions for People with COVID-19 guidance, if they have tested positive for COVID-19 for any test done on or after March 5, 2023, or if they experienced symptoms of COVID-19 on or after March 5, 2023. In all events, attendees must follow all federal, state and local health and safety guidance, including guidance on when to quarantine and wear a mask (AID reserves the right to update its health and safety policies in its discretion from to time to time). Of course, given the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and its ability to spread by person-to-person contact, the event carries a risk of exposure to COVID-19 to attendees. By attending the event, attendees hereby agree to accept such risk and release and waive any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against AID, its officers, directors, trustees, employees and agents, as well as its successors and assigns (collectively, the Releasees”) on account of any exposure to COVID-19 or any other illness or infection that may be associated with the event caused by any of the Releasees (except claims for willful misconduct or liability that cannot be released by applicable law).
